No. It’s a free heuristic checklist based on common scam patterns. For active fraud, contact your bank and local authorities.
Can a scam checker catch obfuscated words like G1ft or P@ypal?
Yes. Before matching, we normalize leetspeak (1→i, @→a, 0→o, 4→a, …) and strip odd symbols, so disguised gift-card / PayPal-style phrases still raise signals.
Does the scam checker store my message?
No. Checking happens in your browser. Refreshing the page clears it unless your browser keeps form data.
